What is Coconut Oil Pulling?

Oil Pulling is a term used for used for when swirling liquid around the mouth, back and forth between our teeth and gums to clean them. This process intensifies your metabolism, which leads to improved health, such as the elimination of bleeding gums, the fastening of loose teeth and the visible whitening of the teeth.

Use in the morning, before breakfast when your stomach is empty.

  • Mix a teaspoon of oil with luke-warm water and
  • one small intake at a time, slowly and deliberately swish around your mouth, back and forth between your teeth and
  • you should notice the oil changing color, becoming lighter
  • spit it out
  • Repeat this process for 15/20 minutes
  • Clean your teeth thoroughly with clean tap water
  • Clean your sink properly. Remember your spittle contains harmful bacteria and toxic bodily waste.
